They are the ultimate party finger food but are just as much appropriate for a simple lunch or as a starter with a good glass of wine. They are simple, fantastically good-looking and delicious. They are actually so fundamentally simple that there is no hope of hiding mediocre ingredients behind technique or presentation. If your ingredients are not great, your bruschetta won’t be either.
