You know those little brown bits that stay at the bottom of your pan after you grilled some meat or fish? Don’t waste them! They are packed with flavour and will allow you to create a great sauce for your meat or fish in less than 5 minutes.

And once you made your basic sauce why not adding some extra flavour? A couple of mashed anchovies with go superbly with fish or beef and a good drizzle of balsamic vinegar will complement chicken and liver.
