In Martine's Rosemary Caramel Confit the respective light bitterness of each ingredient combine to create something which is so much more than the sum of its parts. Use it to deglaze your skillet to make a quick sauce for your chicken or duck breast. Or try it with some warm goat cheese or Stefano's Pecorino.

Shelf Life

Martine's Rosemary Caramel will keep for one year unopened at room temperature. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 6 weeks.
